Will it accommodate album covers or do the records have to be taken out of the covers?

The album covers will fit. I have about 25 in mine right now

Does this hold the LP cardboard covers as well?

Yes it's wide and tall enough to hold the LP covers. The width is a tight fit. The height is no problem - you can close the Victrola case and it won't hit or bend the LP cardboard covers. These are the best LP storage cases I've found so far. They are well made.

Will stickers stick to the outside?

It may depend on the adhesive on the sticker. The vinyl case does have a slight texture to it, so I'm not exactly sure if they will stick or not.
