Skinny Pasta Fettuccine, Gluten Free Healthy Shirataki Noodles, 6 Pack

I'm a big pasta eater and all Italian so I was skeptical to say the least lol. I knew this was plant derived so I went in knowing it would have a different texture so as long as you know that you wont be shocked at the taste. I mean, come on, its 20 calories for the bag!!! Once you mix it with your own sauce the noodles absorb that flavor and I love it! Its healthy, makes me feel like I'm not missing out on my carbs and you can mix it up with so many different things! Chicken, feta, roasted tomato is yummy! Best part, it takes like 6 minutes to prep and cook!!! I will definately be buying it again and more shapes!

it’s flavorless so what ever flavor you put in it is good, i don’t have a texture problem but if you’re looking for something that is carb free and has the same texture as noodles then don’t get this. the noodles are like crunchy kinda a rubbery texture and not soft when you bite into it what so ever, it’s not bad and i will still eat them it’s just not what i had expected.

This was my first time trying Shirataki noodles. After doing some research online, I was prepared for the worst, a slimey, rubbery texture and an awful sulfur smell. To my surprise these noodles had very minimal odor to them and the texture didn't bother me. I rinsed them thoroughly under cold water and then fried them in a pan (no water no oil) for about 10 minutes to dry out the noodles. I then served with some alfredo sauce and shrimp bites and it came out fantastic! Even though the package says 2 servings it only made about a cup of noodles. They are a bit pricey for what you get but they are a great low carb low cal option and satisfied my craving for pasta.

I’ve gotten these noodles once before and they were soft and pliable. This order was just delivered. Opened three bags. Really gross. Noodles are stuck together, hard, and brittle. Inedible. No return policy. I spent way too much on these to have a totally wasted product. I won’t buy again simply because it’s not worth the money to hope you get a usable product. And a company that doesn't offer refunds for a damaged product is unethical. Too bad.

I first used it in a oriental stir fry with sesame oil and thai chile paste and it was frankly very good. The consistency is very similar to rice noodles in a similar application. In spite of the rubberiness of the noodles it was still tolerable. I then made a meat marinara sauce with the fettuccine skinny pasta and we both hated it.. was not a good knock off of a traditional pasta in this application.The rubberiness did not work! I would most likely not buy this product again.
