I got the small and it fits just like I expected. It’s warm and comfy, I can also fit any of my hoodie beneath it. It had the sulfur smell that came with so I washed it, aired it out and added cologne to it to reduce the smell, so far the smell slowly diminished. And I love the jacket. I bought another one

Fits great. Medium men’s. Black/gray jacket. 5’10 175 pounds. Delivered in 24 hours. It’s 32 degrees here and this keeps me warm. Beautiful soft lining really comfortable Doesn’t feel heavy or bulky either. Levi’s never go out of style!

Found the white whale
Finally found a jacket that fits as it should. Spent the better part of a two years contending with mediums that were too big and smalls that were too small. At 5'9", 160 lbs, my frame tends to fall in between sizes due to my Asian descent. The jacket is suitably heavy, quite warm and likely capable of -10. At -5, with a hoodie underneath, I couldn't feel the cold whatsoever on my torso. The only place it got in were the cuffs. 10/5, would buy again.
