After Comparing 8 Sugar-Free Maple Syrups, This Was My Clear Favorite
I make my own keto waffles and pancakes, so finding a truly good sugar-free maple syrup has been important to me. Instead of buying the first one I found, I decided to do a side-by-side comparison. I tested **eight** different syrups: four sugar-free brands from my local grocery store, three keto syrups from Amazon, and I even made my own homemade keto maple syrup from an online recipe. Of the three Amazon brands, I would rate all of them at least 4 stars. I compared them based on ingredients, taste, nutrition, consistency, and price. **Wholesome Yum was my overall winner.** Here are the reasons it came out on top: * Delicious maple flavor without an artificial aftertaste. * Sweetened without artificial sweeteners or erythritol. * Only **2 net carbs per serving**. * Packaged in a **glass bottle**, which I prefer. * Shipped in its own protective box, reducing the chance of leaks and making it easy to stack in my pantry. The only drawback is the price. It's about 50% more expensive than my second-place choice. However, Wholesome Yum offers a two-pack and subscription purchases at a lower per-bottle cost, which makes the difference much easier to justify. For me, the superior taste and cleaner ingredient list are worth paying a little extra. After trying eight different maple syrups, this is the one I'll continue buying. If you're looking for a keto-friendly maple syrup that tastes great and has quality ingredients, I highly recommend giving Wholesome Yum a try.

Where’s the Maple? Apparently, Not Here.
Disappointed I highly encourage you to read the entire product description and ingredient list carefully before purchasing, because I clearly didn’t—and I feel very misled by this product. Something and it also caused a allergic reaction. It’s called Wholesome Yum Zero Sugar Maple Syrup, which led me to believe I was purchasing a maple syrup product. There is zero actual maple syrup in the ingredients. And honestly, it doesn’t even taste like maple syrup to me. It tastes more like a generic, store-bought sugary corn-syrup-style pancake syrup. The flavor is nothing like real maple syrup. I understand that “zero sugar” means it’s a substitute, but I still feel the product name and presentation are misleading. If I had realized there was no maple syrup in it and that the flavor was more like generic pancake syrup, I absolutely would not have purchased it. Very disappointed and felt cheated by this purchase.

Great no sugar sweetener alternative
I loved this maple syrup, honestly it sweetens well and a little goes a long way, I love the color of it as well. By the texture you can tell its healthier and you can use it to sweeten anything. definitely would by again.
