Great antioxidant profile. The caffeine is cleaner, there is not a major crash throughout the day and it does not cause jitters (everyone is different so be mindful). It has a pleasant taste with a hint of bittersweet flavour. I brew it in a French press with hot water and pour into a different container for consumption throughout the day(s).

good alternative
this is a great Coffee alternative. You can get your caffeine without needing to add cream or sugar. Sometimes I did mix mine with some fruit juice if I was having a bit of a sweet tooth. I also felt like it lasted longer than a bag of coffee. You can make cold brew with it by steeping a cup in a gallon of water overnight.
