I love this salad dressing. The Balsamic is my favorite! I have also used it to marinate chicken, and it came out pretty tender with a good flavor. No sugar or added sugar and no carbs! Finally, a tasty dressing without all the calories, carbs or sugar.

I love salads and also appreciate the fact that they are beneficial for weight loss.......However, when it comes to salad dressings, I always end up with a great tasting but horrifically fattening one. The low-cal/no-cal dressings were always (to put it frankly) awful! Until now... These Simple Girl dressings have great flavor and 0 sugar, 0 carbs, 0 fat and 3 calories (that burn off by just walking to the refrigerator). They are so-o good, and while it might be tempting to just drink the dressings right out of the bottle, it is probably less barbaric to pour it on your salad instead. That is just my opinion, but I encourage you to try these. One word of caution - if you tend to pour half the bottle on your salad like I do, the calorie count will go up, but it is still negligible.

Great for the diet I am on, however, I do not Love all the flavors!

Taste Great Second time ordering

I really wanted to like these dressings since they are the only ones approved in the hyper ketosis diet. I was so excited when they arrived. To my surprise, they don’t taste good at all. I opened two of the four I received, the ones that have so so reviews and they are not worth the money. I wanted to return the two sealed ones since they are so expensive but company does not accept returns. So I ended up with two opened ones, two sealed ones, $50 less in my pocket and with a new homemade dressing recipe that I like way better. Equal parts of Dijon mustard and lemon juice, a pinch of salt, pepper, chili flakes and Italian seasoning.
