I use this for upset stomach and it works great! There is no sugar so it fits my diet requirements and it tastes good! It is also gluten free so it fits my diet! It is a little hard to chew but once it softens it is like regular gum!

This is my second review combining both refux gourmet products. The gel is a true winner allowing me to have my meals and sleep at night as long as I take it after meals and bedtime. The gum helps me when I'm on the go and need something to keep the process of minimizing acid reflux. They both work with reducing the throat irritation from acid in the esophagus or throat. The relux gel is natural and forms a protective shield that most other products don't do. As I said once before these wonderful products gave me life back and saved me front endless aggravation of the throat and esophagus.

Waste of money does not work. Does not do anything. No way to return it Might as well chew regular gum. At least it taste good and doesn't feel like you're chewing on a tire But if it helped it would be worth it, but it doesn't help either. So save your money and go chew on a tire

These are very helpful for acid indigestion. I use them when out as the pill sheets are easy to carry and use, even for arthritic hands. Started using them at home, also. But they are hard and take some chewing to get to chewing gum.

I really wanted to love this. It just doesn’t work for me. It’s also really hard to bite into. I love their other product.
