Good quality but read the instructions
Easy to install and works well. However, don’t take shortcuts and think it’s a “no brainer” and skip reading the instructions. Read all the instructions first. There are fine points in the instructions about the installation and use that proved to be helpful, and I realized that some of the reported negative things I read in other reviews I avoided by reading what the instructions say, and doing it exactly the way the manufacturer says. Since installing it, this device has worked exactly as intended and works well.

Ease of use
Works well, and love the ease of adjusting the pressure by pulling up on the black cap instead of running for a screw driver

Great Product, with excellent overall quality.
This is a great Pressure Regulator. It lets you choose the water pressure entering your RV Water system, protecting your entire plumbing system. It is easily adjustable to the desired incoming water pressure. It is all brass, and seems well made and durable. Should last a long time.

Excellent for drip irrigation
I have a small farm and run drip irrigation delivered thru drip tape that feeds from 1 inch pipe. The fittings for the drip tape are pressure fit so they were leaking with the fixed 25 psi recommended valve. I was able to get leak free irrigation by dropping down a few psi. For me this is a big deal because weeds loved growing in the wet soil at the start of rows. High quality part, heavy brass, easy to adjust and verify.

Broke on second use
Pressure gauge role on second use. Instructions provided say a warranty claim can be made but there is no contact information provided. Nothing on Amazon listing either. Buyer beware.
