Good & Yummy!
Arrived quickly and was as described! They were fresh, the package is sturdy and was not damaged! These aren't super expensive & they can be put on anything or just eaten as a snack! Didn't really pay attention to them being gluten free, but it seems they are. The texture & thickness is of a normal Chow Mein noodle! Great in salads, ramen, just about anything!

Great crunch!
These are delicious! I use them to add a little crunch and bulk to stir fries, kung pao, salads and beyond! The 5oz size is perfect and gets multiple uses.

Absolutely perfect!
I was looking everywhere for chow mein noodles. I wanted to make something that really I haven't seen in years. The bird nest cookies. The main ingredients in them are chow mein noodles. Don't get me wrong. I absolutely love Chinese food. One of my favorites for sure. But for Easter or just a fun treat for your family or a bake sale, these are awesome. The thickness of them are perfect for these cookies and the portion size was just what I needed. I've included a video and if you've watched it, I appreciate that. Thank you very much. I definitely recommend this brand as they are perfect not only for the cookies but for Chinese food. They can also be used on salads instead of croutons or anywhere you'd like to add a little bit of crunch to.
