I am now on my 4th bottle and have been using almost a year. Works for me with night sweats, hot flashes and moodiness as I have noticed a helpful difference in these areas with daily use. I love the pump bottle comes pre-measured so for me, one pump does it and I do rotate daily in application to different parts of my body. I have had no irritation or allergic reactions.
