Great condition . Had around 11,700 shutter counts. Plenty of life left.

Exactly as expected (good buy)
I have used a Sony a7iii before but this is my first time buying one. Got exactly what I ordered. Quality was good as well as condition. But of a tight fit as if something was a little off with the lense mount but was able to work it out with a few repetitions. Good purchase for the money!

When I ordered this shipping took around four or five days it did get delayed, but I do not think that it’s the shippers fault. It was FedEx‘s fault when I got the camera in hand it had a shutter count of around three. It was in very, very very, very good Condition almost as if it was never used. I have been using it for about a day now and I am very satisfied with the product. The photos are very sharp and it excels at low light photography.

Ask if the firmware is current and what kind of battery charger is provided
No marks anywhere on the camera. It had a low shutter count of approximately 7000. (Search for Sony Alpha shutter count). The battery charger that was provided is for charging many different makes and models of batteries except for the NP-FZ100 that powers this camera. For being “renewed”, is it too much to expect that it has the current firmware installed? Other than these issues, I am satisfied with the purchase and excited to use my new camera.

All-around camera except for wide and detailed images
It is the best camera I have held in my life. The only comparison would be Canon 5D and 7D so far in both a direct comparison of features, and the different noteworthy abilities each camera has. I have used it for projects, personal traveling, testing camera settings for others, etc. It has been hung on my neck in -10 F degrees to 60 F. (Note: I will add pictures once 6 months following purchase.)

Disappointed
Very disappointed. After a few short months my camera has stopped focusing. I sent in a request for warranty repair and was told I could pay $700 to get it working again with no guarantee that it will continue to function as needed.
