I really like them. I tried them once they arrived. I think they helped a lot. But since the surface is smooth, it might not be ultimate to relax bottom feet.

Super nice balls. They are great for sore points. If you have dogs, don't leave them around... my dogs just love them too!

Currently in physical therapy for my neck and back my therapist had these and I tried them out, game over!! Way better than having to keep telling my kids massage harder and listening to them whine ๐ and you can take them anywhere you go. I personally find much relief whenever I need it

I didn't know what lacrosse balls were like, but thought since so many people suggested using them that I would give it a try. They were smaller than I expected and a bit difficult to work with for me. I wanted them to use on hamstrings and IT band area, in particular. I tried using them on the floor, but I have carpet and it seemed like the ball just sank down in the carpet. They are too small to use against the wall on hamstrings. Finally, my son-in-law suggested sitting on my desk (all my chairs are cushioned). I didn't notice the smell that some people complained about, so maybe they have fixed that problem. I don't think they are too hard at all. I am not going to return them, but will try to figure out how to use them better. I am mostly disappointed in the size, but a lacrosse ball is a lacrosse ball and many articles say that is what should be used. Verdict is still out on them.
