I purchased some a couple years ago in the MM store, are they still made the same? Or are these worse quality or knock offs?

I purchased a pack in the MM dept of BuyBuyBaby and noticed a definite decline in quality from the 2015-2017 era. They definitely require a wash first or little threads end up everywhere. Buyer be warned. That stated, they are still one of the better options for maternity underwear; it’s simply too bad that MM’s fiscal problems have led to cuts where women really don’t need lower quality.

Do these fit true to size?

They are somewhat stretchy, so if you're deliberating between sizes that might make a difference. I ordered a large and they're almost too big postpartum. I am 180- 190 pounds and 5'7"  postpartum. 
I would say that they're decently true to size though.

Question 3

Can you wear these post partum?

Absolutely. After my daughter was born these were my "go to" underwear. Extremely comfortable and they could fit the monster pads I had to wear. I still wore them long after just because they're comfortable. :)

Question 4

Would these be comfortable enough to wear after a C-Section?

I didn't have a C-section, but I know that you can fold down the top a little bit. Probably enough that it wouldn't rub on your stiches. They are super comfy though! Hope this is helpful.
