The fan does rotate 90 degrees. Circulates the air very efficiently.

Does it need to use screw installation?

Thanks for choosing the Dreo tower fan. The Cruizer Pro T3 is not required screw installation. It has a buckle design, which is very easy to install. Please check the Quick start guide inside.
