I received these compression sleeves last night. At first I thought they were too loose, but I think they’re ok. Make sure you measure. No, it’s not instant relief, but after 3 hours, I noticed I could walk without limping as much. I removed it while sleeping and have wearing it all day. Yes, it’s helping. The price is right . The material seems really good and the guarantee for improper sizing is a bonus.

I wear these under my socks when I go hiking, and I’ve noticed my feet are much less sore after long hikes. The quality is strong. I just toss them in the wash and dryer with the rest of my hiking gear, and they hold up beautifully. They’re very comfortable to wear (I forget I have them on), and I love that they don’t take up much space in my drawer. The fit is snug, so I’d recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes. Having a severe spinal cord problem. My ankles and feet tend to get very sore and swell. Wearing compression socks all night long is not Going to happen. Side these on and I wake up with my feet, feeling great Very happy with the product

So a little over 3 weeks ago I took a bad fall off of the top step going from my house to my garage landed on my back but some how I twisted my left foot so bad I thought I broke it. It swelled up and after two weeks the top of my foot still hurt so bad before I went to the doctor I saw this brace and thought what have I got to loose so I bought this brace. I know they are tight fitting so I went with a XXL and started wearing it and to my surprise after a few days my foot was feeling better after a week I was like this can't be true I still have pain but nothing like I did so I wear it all day and take it off about 8pm and I can feel the difference in my foot from wearing it to removing it this brace saved the day I am lost for words. I know it will not heal a break but for a twisted or sprained ankle this worked so the few bucks I paid for this was well worth a trip to the Doctor this brace was a game changer.

I don't notice a lot of change in my swollen ankles but at least they don't make my skin itch.
