I bought the 8Gb (2x4) kit for my NUC6CAYS and it is not compatible. I get the "Unsupported 1Gb / 2Gb density SODIMM(s) detected" error at boot.

Easy to install. Great replacement for the single 4GB DIMM I had in the laptop

Replaced the single 4GB Dimm that was in my HP Elitebook 8560p. Booted up and recognized the 16GB immediately though needed to walk through a another registration process with Microsoft on Windows 10 for some reason. Pretty simple process though and completed without issue with the OS recognizing the 16GB. Immediate improvement in performance and can now keep more open without worrying about memory. Pretty happy given the low price of this kit. This paired with the SSD I replaced the original HD with as well as a new batter and now I basically have a new machine. Night and day.
