With regard to that review we have clarified the following to the customer.
" It is possible that some batches may differ in the consistency due to seasonal changes and appear a bit coarse, except for that we could not find any problem with the product quality and all the parameters tested are within permissible limits" .

We take this opportunity to reassure you that our herbs are subjected to high quality standards, processed as per the GMP standards and compliant with HACCP Standards in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement, handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
