Rhino Rack RTC Tracks Set for Cap/Toppers

I will start by saying I don’t ever do product reviews. I took a chance on this set of tracks seeing that some of the reviews were bad. Some customers stated missing parts and poor packaging. I didn’t have that experience. The tracks came in few days after ordered, and were packaged well, undamaged and included all hardware and easy to follow installation instructions.

I emailed them and they told me they don't have them and to buy them from other source. They offered refund after I drilled holes in Camper TOP. Item has no predrilled holes or it came without the rail cap ends, no bolts or rivets. As much as this product cost $$$$$$$$$$$ it should come with all parts to mount it. Buyer Beware You have to buy the mounting parts from other source.

Received all necessary hardware, nuts, bolts and endcaps are of great quality. Did not use one bolt on each side since my camper shell is only 5.5ft and we ended up spacing bolts at about 11 inches. The railIt self was nice and light yet strong. Camper is not perfectly straight but rail contoured around the shape of the camper. Overall great product happy with purchase.

Very happy with this product. Very very easy installation. One person installation too (two could make it faster but not necessary). Definitely would buy again and definitely recommend.

Product is great, if you receive all the parts. I had to cut the length of it because it's way to long for a short bed, I got the 53 in. I had all the hardware to mount it, except the end caps, all the end caps. Contacted the seller, took about a month or more to actually receive the end caps. They did their best but there's only so much they can do contacting rhino. Seller should look through items being shipped in my opinion since this isn't the first time it happens for this item. I also had to patch holes and move them because of the end caps being so far off.

Used this kit to add a mounting system to the camper topper for my truck and have zero complaints. The box did arrive damaged and hardware was missing but customer service had the replacement parts at my door in under a week. Great product! Great customer service!

Just received this product and the box literally had two pieces of aluminum track and that was it. No end caps. No hardware. No instructions. No holes in the tracks to even attach to shell. A single 10 ft stick of unistrut would be far more useful, cheaper and easier to work with. So disappointing. I am requesting a refund.

Very impressed with Rhino Rack. You can tell they put a lot of thought into their products. The rails are tricky to install, considering they have to be completely parallel, and your truck bed or surface is likely asymmetric and/or curved. Despite this, I went for it, followed the instruction manual, and everything went well! They provide solid water proofing with installation kit, unlike some other brands. Sleek look, strong hold.
