This is my go-to chocolate for the winter. There isn’t a better one to make hot chocolate than this one. Tasty and melts super easy. I like to order it during cold months as once I ordered in the summer - came half melted. But other than that one time, every delivery was great .

I’m a pastry chef, and this is one of my favorite chocolates. Of course, I’ve tried better ones, but this one has a perfectly balanced price-to-quality ratio. The chocolate chips are soft, delicate, and moderately sweet. I use them for cake creams, add them to cookies, and make a smooth chocolate sauce for pancakes. They melt beautifully and blend seamlessly into desserts, enhancing both texture and flavor. But the biggest advantage? It’s real chocolate, not a cheap glaze substitute. That alone makes it stand out. I love it!

Délicieux chocolat, utilisé comme première expérience dans une fontaine de chocolat. Tous les invités ont été ravis !!! Il s’agit bien d’un chocolat de couverture (donc qui s’adapte facilement aux pâtisseries), mais qui peut être aussi mangé tel quel (dans un yogourt 😋).
