I found this product useful for managment of bed sores wounds in bed ridden patient. It is also preventing development of new bed sore wounds. The product is working fine. It is light weight. I m using it on routine home bed. Overall good value for money.

the item arrived earlier than expected, and is working perfectly. the pump sound is very low and the mattress is inflating and deflating as described. an additional point is that the pumping causes a mild vibration throughout the mattress giving the feeling of a massage chair, very relaxing.

The product is good and comfortable for a bed ridden patient. I purchased this for my wife. But the puncture is an issue. There was one patch with the product which I used only a few days back. Now there is again leakage problem which can't be identified. The company must provide some genuine Support for maintenance ťafter sales. Can anyone suggest, how to get it repaired. Any support from manufacturer ?
