1. Why can't I turn on the ebike after installing it?

Turn on the battery switch before use. If the bike is unused for over 2 weeks, charge the battery to around 80% and turn the switch off.

2. Why do you choose FREESKY Swift Horse Youth ebike?

UL 2849 entire ebike certified 𝐛𝐲 𝐓Ü𝐕 𝐒ü𝐃; 749W Bafang motor and 48V 35Ah 𝗟𝗚 cells battery; dual suspension, hydraulic 4-piston disc brakes, taillight ect, you deserve this ebike

3. Why don’t we see “𝗟𝗚” on the battery box?

The battery cell of this battery is from Samsung, but 𝗟𝗚 only produces battery cells, they do not produce battery boxes, so the battery box is made by a Chinese manufacturer. We can provide battery test report if you need it
