It's much more of a joy to listen to my kids practice with these very classical sounding tunes than what's offered in most contemporary piano lesson books. My kids also enjoy playing these songs much more than the songs they used to practice. For the sake of your sanity, ask your piano teacher to add this to their repertoire.
