The quality is so good. It doesn’t have bad odor. The taste is good. The texture is normal and really easy to cook and really fresh.

Arrived and I froze until use. Just cooked last night. Meat was fresh, good size pieces, tender. Had ten pieces in package. Nicely trimmed so didn't have to cut away no useable edges, etc. price seemed a little steep compared to local grocery store. But paying for convenience. Would order again.
