What size fits man's 42 inch hip? medium size says maximum of 42", but Large starts at 48". Doesn't make sense!

I’d suggest you pick a different brand. These are not true to what size they claim at all. They’re very small, I remember when I first got them I was so upset. Find a brand that seems to give more accurate sizing!!

FSA= flexible spending account. HSA= health savings account.
