Instructions are only in Chinese.
Only one set of instructions, and it is in Chinese. There are four QR codes on the instructions, so I opened them looking for English instructions. Nope, still all in Chinese. One seems to be an app, but I can't tell, because I don't speak Chinese. There is no Cosescos website that I can find. None of the other places where it is sold have instructions in English. Why on earth is Amazon selling this thing without anyone being able to use it? This watch looks exactly like what I was looking for, so this is a real shame. Anyway, I am going to try and figure out how it works. If not, its going back.

Tells the time accurately!
I thought I would give this a go before buying an expensive watch. The watch tells the time properly, measures heartbeat and blood oxygen, it doesn’t measure blood sugar which it says it did prior to purchase and as a diabetic this was the reason I bought it. Now to the sleep monitor………the watch said I had been asleep for 3 hours 34 minutes whilst awake and moving around during the day? When I actually went to sleep it said I had been asleep for 38 minutes when I had a good nights solid sleep for 7 hours plus! I then got up and walked 10 steps to the bathroom, the watch said I had got 178 steps in already, brilliant! It comes with a cheap metal watch strap that is useless and is a pain to lock to the wrist, the silicone one is better but again cheap! 1 star because it tells the time accurately and 1 star for the watch strap, the delivery was about 5 weeks, the upshot is buy one that does what it should and costs more!

Chinese instructions. No desktop or web access to view readings. Give it a miss

You need to be Chinese if you buy this watch I was very disappointed
It would have been a very good watch had there been some instructions in English instead everything was in Chinese not good which made it impossible to use, it looks great but turns out to be useless, so who know if it’s accurate or not all I got was disappointment

Random numbers
I bought this item to measure blood sugar.But all it does is generate random numbers every time you check it!I am very disappointed and requested a refund but I have not been given any proper response.

Chinese instructions
If you know Chinese it's a fab watch. Would be great if they sent English instructions as well as Chinese. it took me a week to get it in English. But can't get it to connect to mobile phone
