Will it fit a fj cruiser stock roof rack?

All roof top tents require level, straight mounting rails. If the rails are level all the way down, then it should be fine. You may need to get different mounting brackets. I really like my TMBK tent and customer service from Overland is awesome

You could use it in the winter. Walls are fairly thick but I'd label it as a true 3 season.
