These grew on me very much. After my initial first bite, it tasted very heavily of buttercream and not in a good way. It was overpowering to me and I wasn't the biggest fan, but still not that bad. Just not something I'd be particularly excited to reach for. Then I tried them again, and oh my goodness, delicious. I suppose I just had to get used to the decadent taste of the bars. But they are so good that I would happily repurchase and fully intend to in the future. Also, I love the unique flavor. I was expecting them to taste similar to Califia Farms birthday cake creamer but they do not. Califia Farms creamer is very smooth and light on the birthday cake frosting aspect, whereas these have a much heavier flavor. Amazing now, but it was an acquired taste for sure. I am very happy I didn't toss them and I'm excited to repeat my purchase in the future. They are not chalky and they are easy to swallow (MASSIVE bonus). Also, I love how unique they are and that they are VEGAN!

Plant based the protein content snd the fiber you can't go wrong and your really hard pressed to find a better protein bar anywhere I've tried and always come back to it. .low calories. Feel like I'm doing something great for my health with a great bar. I've also bought the variety pack. Those were good too if you want to try and explore others I'm not a peanut butter fan like all the time to I come back to this. It's a protein bar. Is it a snickers No. Is it a Twix no. It is what it is. I like it. Stops the cravings

My fiance has a dairy allergy that is pretty severe, so he can't consume whey-based protein supplements/drinks/bars. Of all the bars, these are his favorite because of taste, ease of procurement and protein to calorie ratio. He loves the taste of these because they don't have any artificial sweetener taste, like most protein snacks. They are also really easy to get regularly and at a good price via Amazon subscription. We have had our No Cow subscription for about two years (delivered 46 times!). We have them delivered every two weeks and he brings them with him to work or to have after the gym. The protein to calorie ratio is great. A lot of protein snacks (Lenny and Larry's Cookies for example) are high in fat and therefore, high also in calories. They can sabotage fat loss goals. These have proved to be a better protein alternative compared to other vegan protein snacks. All in all, these have been a household staple for years, and continue to be a fixture for multiple reasons!

Great low-calorie, high-protein treat — perfect for sweet cravings! I tried the No Cow Dipped Birthday Cake bar, and it’s honestly one of the better plant-based protein bars I’ve had. At only 190 calories with a solid 20g of protein, it’s an awesome option when I want something filling without going overboard. The dipped coating makes it feel more like a treat, and the birthday cake flavor is sweet without being overpowering. It’s not overly chewy or chalky like some vegan bars can be — the texture is firm but not too dry. I also appreciate that it’s dairy-free, low in sugar, and has a good amount of fiber. It fits easily into my macros, especially on busy days when I need something quick. If you’re used to traditional candy bars, the taste might be a bit different, but for a clean protein bar, this one definitely delivers. Will be stocking up!
