Not the best for breakfast items
I recently purchased this pan set hoping for a reliable everyday cooking experience, particularly for breakfast items. Unfortunately, I've been quite disappointed with its performance, especially when it comes to cooking eggs and omelettes.Despite following care instructions and using appropriate cooking fats, eggs and omelettes consistently stick to the bottom of these pans. This makes cooking them a frustrating experience, leading to broken yolks, torn omelettes, and a significant amount of food waste. Cleaning up the stuck-on residue is also a chore.While the pans might be adequate for other types of cooking where sticking is less critical, their inability to handle basic egg dishes without significant issues is a major drawback. If you frequently cook eggs or delicate foods, I would strongly advise looking for an alternative pan set with a truly non-stick surface.
