Here are the highlights: *You can walk around with it underneath your clothes and it is completely hidden, with a looser shirt. So you can even wear it to work if you have a full charge beforehand. *With the flexibility of the elastic belt, it adjusts to fit all sizes, and I mean all! (Half of the extra belt left to expand on a 3xl) *You can make it tighter so it even applies pressure to provide extra relief, if that helps you. *It get hot really fast and the temperature can go really high. *It might not be comfortable on bare skin to all, I have a C-section scar from many years ago that gets annoyed when things touch it, so I need to wear the belt over yoga/lounge pants, instead of under them, like my girls can. I would add this as period present for any young person right at the start, so they can avoid ever experiencing the horrible pains that so many of us have to deal with.
