Where is it manufactured?

I googled FOCALLURE ... it's from Guangzhou, China.

Are these oil free and/or noncomedogenic?

Don't think so I found them to be greasy

Are these matte or shimmer finish?

Neither matte or shimmer like a cream

These are nice colors and texture but smell horrible. Do they all smell bad or did I get a bad batch?

There not smell bad, they blended nicely specially the contour
