Can't live without it!
I love MSG - it enhances ALL flavors of food... Can't believe the propaganda of the early 2000s led us to believe it was bad for you.

Seems to actually enhance flavor
So I have used this on eggs as well as on alfredo so far. I *think* it makes it all taste better, but I guess I need to do a side by side comparison and further testing - with and without MSG. The price was right though, and it was also on sale. And yes, if you missed it, this is MSG. Apparently it's not as bad for you as we once though, and it gets a bad rep.

MSG is awesome
Contrary to popular belief MSG is not bad for you. It is naturally occuring in many foods such as mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese. Anything that has an umami flavor can benefit from the addition of MSG to emphasize that savoriness.
