(4 pack) Angel Hair Artisan Pasta hand-made slow dried in 500g bags from Italy

So different and better than typical pasta from the supermarket. Even this thin pasta kept it's chew after finishing in the sauce, and even after days in the fridge still wasn't mushy making for enjoyable leftovers.

I couldn’t imagine spending this much money on pasta. But it is totally worth it. This is what pasta is supposed to be. Just wonderful. If you are adding sauce, we find that cooking it for a minute less than suggested makes for a great tasting al dente meal.

Yes it is nice but because angel hair are so thin, one cannot tell the difference in texture compared with a cheap American brand, so I will not buy the angel hair again, too pricey, but I will order the spaghetti or the bucatini where one cannot really tell if the difference in texture and taste impression worth the extra cost.

This pasta is firm and flavorful. We fist bought it in Italy20 years ago.
