According to AI I seem to have given myself "cell phone elbow". It recommended ice and a strap to help with pain. Thought i would try this one as it was cheap and delivered next day. Didn't really expect much but after a day or two moving it about to find best position it actually helped. Now I wouldn't be without it. Went out without it yesterday as the pain was much less-big mistake! I can now wear it for several hours at a time and think it is definitely not only reducing the pain but helping my recovery.

Great item. Good support and eleviates the pain. Mobility is not really impaired either. Good design but the only problem I find is that for it to help it needs to be really tight. This is fine initially and indeed for up to 4 hours, after that it tends to dig in to the extent I have to remove it. Easy enough to use although it comes with a little what I thought was a booklet but was nothing other than a waste of paper. Will keep as 4 hours relief is better than none.

Did nothing for me personally. I suppose maybe its individual depending on exact site of injury, but it felt like the sore spot was too close to inside of elbow joint for the strap to be able to fit properly in order to put pressure on it while still having elbow flexion mobility

I ordered two of the elbow braces to try to address my first case of tennis elbow after 40+ years of playing. The product was well priced and was delivered within 3 days of ordering. The braces arrived well packaged and with clear instructions on how they should be fitted and adjusted. I was particularly impressed with the follow-up email from the supplier, supplementing the fitting instructions and with a further offer of support. The brace is SO simple to fit and adjust, to get the right balance of support and comfort. The compression of the forearm muscles below the elbow is meant to protect the tendons in the elbow and the over-extension of the affected muscles - and so far, so very good! The pain in the arm is reduced (to a dull ache, rather than sharper pain), and there's no restriction to movement, shot production or grip strength. It's early days, so I can't yet comment on long term efficacy or prevention of recurrence - we'll just have to wait and see

Advised by my Physiotherapist to get one of these as diagnosed with tennis elbow. I was sceptical but I've been wearing it for 5 days now and can feel a difference along with exercises. It helps with subsiding thr pain so far. The quality of these are excellent the compression area is comfortable and molds around your arm it isn't a solid block which its good.

I play squash and have done for 36 years. Not, I hasten to mention with any great skill but I'm reasonable. The problem is that my game has always been a power game and relies a lot on serving a screamer with the full intent of dislodging a brick in the court construction. The downside is of course that A. When I play a really good player my one dimensional game is a losing one and B. I suffer from tennis elbow if I overdo it. And that's a problem because if I can't serve an intimidating ball which will allow me to get into position I'm stuffed. Gotta know your limits and I know mine. So I've bought this thingy based upon recommendation and some internet searching. And it works - mostly. There's no point in saying it solves all the problems because I think the only way to do that is to not play, but it does have an effect and I'm definitely not suffering the dreaded tennis elbow to the same degree. Instead of a searing pain if I play a game a bit too vigorously, instead I seem to have a small niggle and, frankly, I can live with that. Now, the reason I bought this is because it was cheap. And honestly, from what I've read any of these types of bands work the same so there are only two considerations. Cost and quality. Well, quality is fine. Certainly, this will last long enough to become skanky and dumped well before it falls apart. Cost is the best I've found. In fact I'm going to buy a couple more to keep in stock because they are such good value and seem to work well.

The supports have helped with the pain and are comfortable to wear.
