Horrible experience..
I’ve purchased this product several times before because I really like it, and I was looking forward to receiving it again. However, this time I received a used/opened item. Honestly, I felt uncomfortable, but I thought mistakes can happen, so I requested a replacement. To my surprise, the second one that arrived was also used. I live in the middle of nowhere and cannot just go shopping easily, so this situation has caused me a lot of trouble. Having this happen twice in a row has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.
