Really yummy alternative for noodles

It has perfect texture with just the right amount of firmness. Cooks up quickly easily. Make sure to follow instructions and cool the noodles off with chilled water to stop the cooking process. Delightful delightful.!! Especially with butter.

Doctor put me on a gluten-free diet for a while. Of all the gluten-free noodle options I've tried this is the most tolerable. They have a weird, gummy consistency that is somehow not unpleasant. They taste like water but absorb sauces and seasonings very well. Make sure to rinse after cooking or they become a clumpy mess. Rather expensive for what you get but I suppose everything gluten-free is.

These are very different, delicious and filling. I cooked them in broth and they soak up a lot & take on the flavor of it. Do not over cook. O just used half of 1 pk for 2 people.

Nice to be able to find these products on amazon. Saves me a trip to the asian market. These are typical standard glass noodles I grew up eating so expectations met. Just want to add that yes there is a warning label about cancer and reproductive harm on it - for those who don’t live in California and not used to seeing these warnings, they are everywhere here (food, places of business…everywhere). Look up Prop 65 and you’ll see that this label is on this product because it ships to California.
