It definitely helps, but itโs a tool, itโs not going to do anything special on its own. I have been dieting and exercising for the last year and a half, I have lost a significant amount of weight without this pill, but as my weight has gotten down, Iโve had a harder time losing weight and have experienced more noticeable fluctuations due to primarily water weight. My routine (not a doctor/nutritionist, not saying you should do this, just so you have an idea of what Iโm doing on top of the pill). -Between 1-2 hours of walking per day, average of 10k-15k steps. -High protein, low carb diet (1200 calories) -144 oz water per day -I am NOT on any GLP 1s/weight loss injections, nor have I had any weight loss surgery, I am doing this purely through diet and exercise As of writing this, Iโve been on this pill for 13 days, so weโll round to 2 weeks. On average up to this point, Iโve been losing about 2 pounds a week (my diet/exercise is very precise and consistent, been doing this for over a year now), and since incorporating this, my weight loss has just about doubled. So yes it works. The bottle is in Korean, but verifying through Amazon/Google searches, itโs two pills BEFORE BED (aka at night) with water. I tested one week before bed, and one week in the mornings, and I can say having done that, I did lose more weight taking it at night. I take them with a small glass of water before bed. I will say, I have not noticed any significant appetite suppression or help with cravings, although I am probably an outlier in that I had a lot more weight to lose than the average person and a bad relationship with food my entire life so the average person may experience some assistance with those two aspects. I have not had any issues taking these before bed even with them having green tea (caffeine), but if youโre particularly sensitive, take it in the morning instead. Itโs been more effective for me at night, so I would recommend doing that if youโre able. Overall, yes this is an effective tool to incorporate with diet and exercise (I know I know, no one wants to hear that), and I would absolutely recommend it. I will be continuing to take it throughout the remainder of my weight loss. I have not noticed any negative side effects, such as an upset stomach, headaches, etc.
