A less expensive substitute.
Not absolutely perfect, but the proper toilet substrate is excessively expensive and if one has many animals as I did at the start of COVID a cheaper alternative had to be found ( most proper brands were made overseas ).

Used the sand for gerbils,no complaints, maybe a more fine and soft that our regular one, but did the job, good value for money

Small hole, lots of sand at the bottom of bag and went all over my counter. Lovely product, but terrible packing of the product. Has happened on two occasions now
