I really believe these help with my menopause symptoms, particularly reducing hot flushes, increasing energy & stabilising mood. I notice a difference when I stop taking them. I couldn't tolerate hrt.

I bought this product because it is 100% vegan and it is formulated by a qualified nutritionist. The capsules are easy to swallow. My energy levels have gone up and I don't feel excessively hot like I do when I take other vitamins.

I have searched the internet for supplements to help menopausal symptoms, and I thought I had found the one, as I had researched which ingredients and this fitted the bill. However almost 3 months down the line, my symptoms are still the same, so I will no longer purchase them. I did sign up for the subscription but my second delivery didn’t arrive until 10 days after my first lot had finished. I’m resorting to now use a magnetic which I got off another well known app to see if this is better

I bought these primarily because I had been recommended sage to help with hot flushes. Since taking them, I’ve not had night sweats and less hot flushes in the day. I’ve also been feeling generally a bit better overall so I guess they must be working! They’re quite pricey, but if you break it down, it works out to about 50p a day, and I’m happy to pay that to get a better night’s sleep!

This product has been amazing for me! It seemed to work immediately, and after taking it for 1 month, I haven't had one episode of night sweats since. I'm peri-menopausal, and I was previously waking every night, saturated. I'm sleeping better, and my anxiety/tension has reduced. I honestly couldn't have asked for more!

I have been taking these for a few weeks now but not sure if I should continue. The reason I started taking them was the sleepless nights and hot flushes. As soon as i took one before bed I was out like a light and didn’t wake up. Until my husband made me. However I felt exhausted although the day I fund it hard to drive and my concentration has hit the floor. I just wonder if anyone else has felt like this and dose this feeling go away?
