I appreciated the color palette to find the right color combination. The product itself was easy to use and improved the look of the damaged area of our couch so much. I googled the instructions because those weren’t really clear for a first timer. That was the only negative, but since you can google literally everything these days, it didn’t seem like enough to lower the number of stars.

Worked really well after a couple coats.

Not what I hoped. I had a vintage built in seating area that had cracking issues in one sitting area. I hoped this product would repair the area because other than that area it was still in good condition. I am super disappointed as the cracked area is still cracked and now it is very sticky, even after letting it dry for a week, and now I can no longer use it. First issue is there are very little instructions on how to use the product. I found some videos on line but it didn’t seem to be the same product. I tried to use the textured paper and since it was paper all it did was glue to the area and after scraping it off, which removed most of the product, I had to start over but now the area was marred and gummy and in worse condition then when I started. I now wish I never used the repair kit; it would have been better if I just painted it at least then I could at least still sit on it and use the bench seat.

Not easy to use and didn’t last.

I didnt have big repairs just small cat claw marks but in many places and very noticeable due to the coloring of my sectional. My sectional is mahogany real Italian leather thick grained and the most expensive piece of furniture in my whole house. I saved for 2 years to buy it forgoing vacations, so I was so upset the cats like to play on it and leave claw marks where you can see the inner light leather when its only 3 months old. Ive bought them so many cat trees and scratching posts, toys galore in hopes they would spare the sofa - nope. Anyhow I had to mix my colors a little brown and a little black to get the deep mahogany shade and then with very fine paint brush (even finer than that supplied) I dotted it in each pale claw mark that showed the inner light leather. Already an improvement as those light claw specs looked like dandruff all over it, but it dried a little more matte than the leather sheen so I then used my leather conditioner and polish and now the whole thing matches. You can slightly see the claw marks at angles in certain light but its much reduced and at least all one color without flecks of light specs all over it. they gave a generous amount for this purpose I can keep up with future claw marks.

Easy to use. Mixing palette and mixing stick are included and make it easy to get the color close A color mixing template helps to select the correct tubes to mix and get the color close. Applied several applications. Able to get the color close enough for me. Now the chair looks comfortably rather than shabby and worn out.

I had scratches on my expensive, brown leather, sofa from my dog’s claws. With a little color mixing, I was able to match the shade of brown perfectly. I can no longer see the scratches, even though I know where they were! The product was easy to use and dried quickly.
