It probably said this in the instructions, but make sure you install it the correct way with the LED's facing out the first time. I installed one where the LED was actually facing the inside of the metal cover. Easy fix, and honestly that was the only hassle I had. Very easy to install and work great! Review: Good product and great price - I installed these on my pontoon boat. I needed longer screws to make sure I went through the carpet into the wood below. Otherwise the installation was easy and the lights seem substantial and work well.
