This is easy to set up, light weight, compact, and provides decent resistance. Every item in the description came in a neat package. The chart is easy to read & provides a well-rounded workout. The resistances bands seem pretty durable, but i dont know how accurate the resistance is. For the price, it doesn't matter. For the last 2 months, I use this 3 times per week with the 20lb resistance band and never felt insecure about the bands popping. This is perfect for a great workout (shakes, sweat, and all). Will definitely reorder if needed!

It was easy to take the 3 pieces of the bar and screw into each other. The length is good, and it feels good to hold the bar. The handles have a slight cushion on them that makes it easy to hold and comfortable. Each rounded band has a good stretch, and it comes with 3 weight strength. You can attach it with the cantilever style hook. But there is no mark on each one of these round band, so you must refer to the bottom of the poster to see which color round band is the right weight. The poster is very helpful and give ideas for exercises with the bar workout. There are 3 bands that I used for quad workout. I like the feel of each band, and the stretch is very good, not too tough (like others I’ve tried) but workable and pliable. Overall, the quality is very good, each piece is well made and highly recommend this for those of us who work out at home.

This set is outstanding. I have never done Pilates but, I like to focus on lower body muscle building so I tried this to incorporate into my butt and leg workouts. This bar has been a lifesaver! My workouts are so much more effective. For instance, rather than doing normal donkey kicks, etc., the resistance bands add a layer of weight to help you actually build muscle. Having this resistance is heaven and super beneficial for muscle growth - I have used it for all over muscle building and am very impressed. It is very easy to adjust the weight and has all that you could need in a Pilates bar set. When you are doing curls, the bands easily rotate around the bar so there is no jamming or "skipping" and the sheet included is truly a gift. It provides a very easy to follow list of workouts based on area of the body along with a demonstration photo for easy reference. Overall, this set is the BOMB.
