説明書通りにチョンとつけてヒートシンクを固定する力で広げさせるだけの簡単な作業で済むので便利。 Core i9-13900Kをツインタワータイプの空冷のヒートシンクで使ってますが前のものより密着度は高いみたいです。 またRadeon RX 6600 XTのヒートシンクのグリス塗り替えにも使いましたがこちらも同様のやり方で済みました。 さすがのNoctuaという感じです。

CPUの上で、塗り広げやすいです。 クリーニングワイプが付属しているのもGoodです。 性能は比較した事がないですが、私には十分すぎるほどです。 (CPUは、定格運用)。

CPU：Rayzen5700X クーラー：Noctua NH-U12A ヒートスプレッダに出す時は納豆の様にヌト～ンと糸を引いてなかなか切れない。 その様子からさぞや柔らかく伸ばし易いものだろうと思いきや、これが正反対。 まるで空気に触れたり一定以下の温度環境ではすぐに硬化が始まるかのような様相を呈します。 実際、少しはみ出たペーストを針先で除去しようものなら長年使用して硬化したグリスの様にホロホロで粘り気がありませんでした。 指塗りでもヘラ塗りでも指・ヘラに持っていかれる量が多く、メチャクチャ塗りムラが出来て均一・平滑に塗れません。 仕方なくnoctuaおすすめの5点塗りを試しましたがOCCTにてCPUを10分間のストレステストをしたところ80℃まで上昇しました。 結局、マスキングテープ＋ドライヤーで加熱しつつカード塗りで58℃まで下がりました。 これは5600XにNT-H1サーマルペーストをマスキングテープ指塗りしていた時と同じ温度です。 扱い易さを売りにしている本製品ですが、扱いには非常に骨が折れました。 冷却性能は安心できる製品です。 しかし、グリス塗りの経験が浅い人（私自身を含めて）には難しい物であると思います。 補足） 本製品の塗り作業は4月2日、室温20℃／湿度35%の環境下で実施したものです。

評価が良かったので購入。 グリス塗り初心者ですが、塗りやすかったです。

グラボの冷却に使いました空冷で室温25℃位、アイドル時は40℃位、ゲーム中MAX70℃くらい、満足してます。

I've used plenty of Noctua products over the years and this was exactly what I expected from them. Easy to apply, easy to clean up afterwards thanks to the included wipes, and it did its job without any fuss. Thermal paste isn't the most exciting thing to buy, but when you're building or upgrading a PC you want something reliable that you can apply and forget about for years, and that's exactly what this is. Temperatures were good and I never had any concerns about performance or longevity. There are plenty of cheaper options out there, but when you're protecting expensive CPUs and GPUs it's hard to go wrong with Noctua.
