LIFESAVER for pain!!!
I have chronic pack pain and m acupuncturist turned me on to these!! They work SO well and help distract me from the painand they are incredibly sticky and stay exactly where you put them no matter what your movement is! I would say they don’t take away the pain but they are great for coping with the pain and the only thing that has ever worked!

Works good
These worked better than any of the other pain patches out there, believe me I've tried them all! My only comment of caution is that when you first put them on they get super hot, but if you let them do their thing they work amazingly well. Also they have a strong outdoor of menthol/ eucalyptus.

Too sticky and not effective
My physical therapist used to give me herbal patches in the past and it was very effective to ease my back pain, and when I read the description of this one, I thought maybe this is similar and can help my pain. First of all, it was too sticky and very uncomfortable, and most of all it didn’t work at all to ease the pain.

Smelly but effective
The smell is very strong! But it’s effective. It’s hard to take off skin after having the patch on for a while. I will have to say tho it’s kinda like the icy hot stuff just stronger smell and strong initial sensation.
