サイズが大きめなので、手のでかい私にはたいへん使いやすい。切れ味も安いのとは比較にならない。野菜だろうが、厚切りのステーキだろうが、燻製チーズだろうが、ストレスなくスムーズにスライスできる。今までは食事でも小さめのアウトドアナイフを使っていましたが、今後、食事用はこれ一択になりそうです。

ステーキナイフとして購入したため、まずは肉を 手っ取り早くスーパー惣菜の とんかつ でテスト。よく切れました トマトとパンが主な用途にあったけど、もっといろんな場面で使えそう。パンケーキとか 波刃だから包丁との置き換えはできないけど、切れたらOKの野外調理とかでは出番多そう 切れ味良いのと軽いのと折りたたみできるとこが良いです。グリップに変なバリも無し 展開時にちょっとだけガタってるのとライナーロックが今まで使ってきたのと逆向きなのがイマイチです

家でブレッドを切るため、またピクニックにも持ち出せるようにフォールディングタイプを選びました。切れ味がとても良く満足していますが、フォールディングできることも踏まえるとあと数センチ長くても良かったかもしれません。近所のベーカリーでもフォールディングでないノーマルタイプを販売するようになりました。

長い刃が多いなか短めで尚且つ折りたたみの収納‼︎コンパクトになって収納しやすい 通販みたいなギコギコしないで切る事はできないが、切れ味はとても良い！ 超インドアなのでキャンプに行く事はないが、災害の時も想定してコンパクトになるのを探していたから見つかってよかった タフ丸ジュニアのカセットコンロに網のっけてパンを焼いて部屋で楽しんでいる

果物ナイフ替わり＆キャンプ用に購入しましたが、切れ味が良く使い勝手があるので、日常的に使えます。サンドイッチ用にトマトを薄切りにしたり、カボチャのような固いものも4等分してあるものであれば、すいすい切れます。刃をたたむのに少しコツが入りますが、すぐ慣れます。刃の形状から、研ぐことは難しそうなので、後はどれくらい持つのか…と思いましたが、この値段なので切れなくなったら買い替えでしょうね。

主に外出先のテイクアウトで食べ物をシェアするために購入しました。切れ味抜群、柔らかいパンでも気持ちいいカットができます。折りたたむ時押すところがあって一瞬手こずりますが慣れれば大丈夫です。取り扱いに危なさは無く安全に使えました。

This is unquestionably the best picnic knife I've ever had. It is a decent size, very sharp and extremely safe as the blade locks in place. It's an essential part of my picnic kit. Now I'm retired, I often just get on a bus and go where the fancy takes me. I don't take any food with me (as it can get messy in my day bag). Instead, I have a small picnic kit comprising this knife, a spork, a few sheets of kitchen paper and a bottle of hand gel. I can then buy whatever I fancy when I get where I'm going. A good knife is absolutely essential. A picnic knife needs to fulfil two specific functions: (i) it must cut bread, meat and fruit/veg and (ii) spread butter, cheese spread, mayonnaise etc. To do both of these, the blade needs to be sharp and have a rounded end. It must also be easy to clean. The rounded tip of the 10 cm blade makes it ideal for spreading and the sharpened edge of the blade is serrated and extremely sharp for cutting soft bread and hard cheese. We recently did a 10 day northern CA coast road trip vacation through the Redwoods. We packed a small cutting board and put this knife in our checked luggage (TSA will confiscate it if you try to carry it on board). Upon arrival in Oakland we stopped at the grocery store and picked up some apples, avocados and bananas and a jar of peanut butter and away we went. Every day of our magical journey, and on many hikes through ancient old growth forests we paused along rivers and in the woods for a lunch snack. This knife was perfect, very lightweight, yet incredibly sturdy, nice and sharp with a fine serrated blade. Loved that it has a "locking" folding mechanism and cleaned up easily. Probably one the most useful travel items we had on the trip in all honesty. Would be great for making and cutting sandwiches too, although we don't eat bread ourselves. It sliced through big apples with ease. Highly recommend!
