Ok, so, I want to give this a 5 star but I cannot. I use it on my neck, my back, my shoulders, it works great but the ‘heat’ feature is nothing more then a red light. I Need the heat. I’m going to look for another one that actually has heat and return this one. The massage aspect works great so if you do not care about heat then this is a good one. My only other complaint is I wish it was recharable. The cord to plug it in is very short and makes using this in a comfortable place difficult.

I thought I'd end up sending this back, but ended up loving it! I'm an editor and so often end up spending hours at the computer, ending up with a pretty sore neck (my fault--my posture is not as good as it should be). Enter this massager. It's big and clunky and looks kinda ridiculous, but it makes my neck feel great! I have found that the best way to use it (for me) is to start it on low speed with the heat on (it doesn't get hot, but there is a soothing warmth) and use the straps to gently guide it up and down my neck (which is surprisingly easy to do). I continue, increasing the speed to full, for about 5 minutes at a time. These short treatments afford me the most relief. The massage really relaxes the muscles in my neck, and I find the effects cumulative (if I skip using it for a day or two, I really realize how good it is). It's still working perfectly, it's easy to use, and a great massager for the price. My only (very minor) complaint is that the controls are awkwardly placed, so I have to twist my neck to look at them and be sure I'm pressing the button I need. Aside from that, it's a great product. PS--great to use before bed.

WOW! As a massage therapist I wasn't expecting much from this, for my own personal massage needs, but the pressure (especially when you move it around into different, preferred positions) is impressive and really kneads the neck/shoulder knots effectively. I even used it on my elbow and forearm area. NOTE: It does have to be plugged in for use and the "car" adapter is for a cigarette lighter, which are phased out on a lot of new cars.

10 Stars !!! Amazing massager. The versatility of being able to put the rollers and heat wherever you need it is phenomenal. Massages on hurtful sciatica and other tight back/ shoulder areas. Having so many pain free days since this purchase!! I plan to use everyday.
