Can’t live without these ! I’ve been taking all the way through the menopause and they are magic ! I’ve not taking any other meds from the dr just these and thankfully sailed through without a problem! My energy level is high ! They are easy to swallow no taste great quality and value for money. Wary on my stomach too !

I have been using this product now for approximately 4/5 years because my nails were so thin. My nails have improved 80% although I have to use them all the time. If I stop my nails return to the way they were before, extremely thin and brittle. My hair has slays been in a good condition for my 79 years but I condition it after each wash and therefore it’s difficult to say how much this product has affected it. My skin d also reasonably good for my age so again cannot really judge the effectiveness of this product. I find ge tablet size too big and difficult to swallow so would prefer a much smaller size although the taste is ok. I feel that it would be better in a gel format or as a gummy - better texture and easier to swallow. If this product was more palatable and easier to swallow J would feel it was more value for money, especially as continual use is required. For that reason I have deducted a star rating.
