I have been diagnosed with GERD & IBS the past 3 years and this stuff has helped with my gut. The price is high but it is worth it. I have tried similar products that worked but were cheap & may have other ingredients such as maltodextrin. These don't. This does help and may take a few weeks for it to work but you have to take it consistent to see results. Zinc Carnosine cannot be found in any other foods in the diet & only in laboratories.
