What I never knew I needed!
This is what I don’t even know I needed in my life! I randomly decided to try this because I have been struggling to lose weight and heard stress may have something to do with it so I figured why not for 20 bucks. I have been drinking it for a few weeks and I started noticing random things like I don’t crave chocolate anymore. The random twitches in my arms or near my eyes have stopped. I have started intense workouts and though these types of workout have made me very sore in the past, I am not really sore at all. I also finally lost 3 pounds this week when for two years nothing I have tried has worked and it has kept creeping up. I even feel like ai have energy again! Maybe it won’t work for everyone but holy heck it has improved several things for me that I didn’t even know magnesium helped with until I looked up some information after I noticed these changes. I would recommend to give it a try and find out what it may do for you.

Try it I like it
This is my experience it’s good stuff I use the bathroom(bowel movement) on the regular now. It’s doesn’t hurt my stomach. I drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Stay by the bathroom when finish drinking it . It will hit you out of no where . DO NOT DRINK THIS ON THE GO UNLESS YOUR CLOSE TO A BATHROOM. It’s doesn’t taste nasty it really doesn’t have a taste just a little bubbling taste. Will continue to buy … has it changed my mood for the better ummm wouldn’t say so but hey at least I’m getting the waste out of me that’s a start

Great product helps calm my GERD
When my esophagus erupts with gastric, burbs, coughing, pain is a constant disease that doesn't let me lay down to rest...I must always sit in a chair or stand. With this calm formula, my GERD does calm down and I'm able to rest my body and mind. Great product!

Not bad
This didn't really relax me, but it does take a little bit of the edge off. Mixes well with a 16 oz. water bottle. Flavors seem a little bland but not a game changer.

Check the packaging to make sure this is the brand you want.
I did a search on Amazon for a different brand that also uses "Calm". This popped up and looked similar. I didn't notice that they were different. When I received this, it is nothing like the other brand. The flavor of the Raspberry Lemon was gross and not easy to finish. I will give this away to someone and find the original brand I was looking for. That brand truly helped me sleep through the night - this one did not.
