If you're watching your sugar intake this is a great substitute. Very sweet with no after taste. Can use 1 to 1 in baking; however, I suggest using 1/2 of what the recipe calls for in real sugar as it is very sweet when used in baking recipes.

I love this monk fruit. I have tried doing a 1 to 1 replacement in cooking and feel that it's too sweet for me, but if I use it to replace 1/2 of the sugar, it works well. I do use it as a sugar replacement on my cereal and it tastes good.

I hope the company doesn't stop making this one with Erythritol, because I was finding it harder to find the Erythritol one and it seemed to be pushing the monk fruit with allulose and I don't like the taste as much plus the allulose makes me nauseous. I hope they don't discontinue this. This one is great, I appreciate the savings with buying the 3 at a time. But also sometimes would like to purchase at our local store and now they only sell Allulose. Don't like that one, taste is off. I highly recommend this one.
