Another Great product by Pure Encapsulations!! I take one per day. Easy to digest, no reflux, no issues. One Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Citrate in the Morning, One Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Glycinate before bed… bowel movements are regular, constipation is gone, and I am sleeping better.

The Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Citrate is a very good product. I am a senior woman and is struggling with low bone minerals and strength. I found this product to be very good for my bone health, helping to strengthen the bone and bone density as well it helps with blood pressure stability, and can help with maintaining heart health, and it works well as a supplement for constipation and other digestive issues.

I’ve been using Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Citrate for about a month, and overall it has been really beneficial. I feel less tense in my muscles and my sleep has improved. I wake up more refreshed. The capsule is gentle on my stomach; no GI upset so far, which is a big plus. There are a few things that keep me from giving it 5 stars: the size of the capsule is a bit large, which makes it slightly hard to swallow sometimes.

I love this company for all my supplement needs. My only complaint about the magnesium supplement is that the capsules are pretty large. If you have a problem swallowing pills/capsules you may have a bit of trouble swallowing these. However, I’ve never had magnesium that was easy to swallow. Most of Pure Supplements are small and very easy to swallow. The magnesium is the exception. All magnesium pills are large.

I bought this brand out of sheer luck. I am SO thankful I did. I have slept so much better for the past 3 weeks. I feel better and my sleep score is higher every single night. I feel like I am not restless during the night like I used to be. My dad tried it and it has helped him as well. I have told all of my family about it. If you are wanting to try a new Magnesium and are looking at this one then you should try it. It has changed the way I feel. Poor sleep leads to being so tired all the time.

Very good product, Has helped immensely by taking 2 capsules about 2 hrs before bedtime. I have had terrible time falling asleep and these have helped! I’ve ordered about 4 times, don’t want to be with out them.!

They are good, but one of the capsules was broken inside and so it coated all the other pills so they were very chalky in taste when I tried to consume them
